How long do I need to stay in Brazil?
Your surgeon confirms the required follow-up visits and when you are fit to fly. The duration varies with the procedure and your recovery. Use flexible tickets and do not book a return date before the treating team agrees.
How long do facelift results last?
Results can be lasting, but your face continues to age. Technique, skin quality, lifestyle and healing all affect the outcome. Ask your surgeon what to expect for your individual plan; no duration is guaranteed.
Will the scars be visible?
Incision placement depends on the technique and your anatomy. Scars are permanent, and their appearance changes with healing. Ask where the incisions will be and how to care for them.
What are the risks, and what happens if I have a complication?
Facelift risks include bleeding, infection, nerve injury, healing problems and unfavorable scarring, among others. Discuss a written complications and follow-up plan, including after you return home.
