Operating principle:
• Aesthetica’s model depends on respectful communication, accurate disclosures, safety compliance, and discretion.
• Abusive, fraudulent, or misleading conduct may trigger suspension or termination of services.
Aesthetica maintains this Code of Conduct to support arespectful, safe, discreet, and operationally reliable environment forpatients, companions, providers, partner facilities, and staff.
• Respect. Communicate respectfully with Aesthetica staff, providers, facilities, drivers,companions, and partners. Threatening, abusive, humiliating, coercive, ordiscriminatory conduct is prohibited.
• Accuracy. Providetruthful and complete information, including identity, travel, payment, andhealth-related information furnished for coordination purposes.
• Safety compliance. Follow provider instructions, facility rules, travel requirements,and escalation directions. Do not pressure Aesthetica or providers to bypasssafety steps, timelines, or documentation.
• Privacy and confidentiality. Respect the privacy of other patients, providers, and staff.Do not disclose another person’s personal, medical, travel, or paymentinformation without authorization.
• No harassment orintimidation. Harassment, stalking, sexual misconduct, retaliation, anddiscriminatory behavior are prohibited in any channel, including WhatsApp,text, email, social media, or in-person interactions.
• No fraud ormisuse. Do not attempt fraudulent payments, false chargebacks, forgedauthorizations, false medical disclosures, or misuse of portals, documents,receipts, or payment systems.
• No public misrepresentation. Do not knowingly portray Aesthetica as the treatingphysician, hospital, or clinical decision-maker, and do not knowingly publishfalse claims about the role of Aesthetica or its partners.
Client is responsible for the conduct of companions, guests,or representatives brought into the case workflow unless Aesthetica agreesotherwise in writing.
Aesthetica may investigate suspected breaches of this Codeof Conduct and may respond with a verbal warning, written warning, suspensionof coordination, restriction of communications channels, cancellation ofservices, or immediate termination of the case.
A material breach of this Code may also trigger suspensionor termination rights under the Patient Purchase Agreement, including loss ofaccess, rescheduling consequences, and no refund of fees that have alreadybecome earned.
Concerns about behavior affecting safety, privacy, oroperations should be reported promptly to Aesthetica through the designatedmember-services or case-management channel.
Incorporation. ThisCode is incorporated into the Patient Purchase Agreement and may be enforcedtogether with the suspension, cancellation, and termination provisions of thatAgreement.
